How to use-
1- In a mixing bowl, Make batter by adding water or butter milk.
2- Whisk batter in one direction so air incorporates into batter and make soft and fluffy chilla/Dosa.
3- Make DOSA like consistency. Keep aside for 15-20 minutes.
4- Clean tawa with a wet cloth before pouring on batter so its temperature decreases.
5- Spread batter on low flame. cook, flip.
6- Protein rich, tasty, chilla/dosa is ready in just 10 mins! 7- Serve with curd, pickle or chutney. ENJOY!
