Made to enhance the nutrition value of regular roti which is a large part of Indian meals; the grains are manually and then machine-cleaned before being milled. We mill all grains in traditional Indian emerald stone mills that keep the nutrients intact and retain the freshness of grains.

WHAT’S IN IT-

HOW TO USE-
Take a bowl and add in the flour / atta. Add in some LUKE-WARM water, salt, and a teaspoon of butter/OIL to form a cohesive dough. Knead for a couple of minutes to form smooth & right consistency dough. Let the batter sit for 20 minutes. Divide into SAME size balls & ROLL IT INTO ROTI/CHAPATI/PARATHA/POORI & Enjoy!
