WHAT’S IN IT-
Whole sprouted RAGI flour (63%), OATS FLOUR (10%) , self raising flour (10%), FOX NUT POWDER/MAKHANA (15%), SRI-LANKAN CEYLONE CINNAMON.
HOW TO USE–
1- In a mixing bowl, Make dosa-like batter consistency by adding choice of milk or butter milk. Add sugar IF desired.
2- Whisk batter in one direction so air incorporates into batter to make soft and fluffy pancakes.
3- Keep aside for 15-20 minutes.
4- Clean tawa with a wet cloth before pouring on batter so its temperature decreases.
5- Spread batter into small pancakes on low flame. Let on side get cooked once small bubbles start surfacing then flip & let cook.
6- Protein rich, tasty, pancakes are ready in just 10 mins! 7- Serve with toping; syrup, fruits, cream, berries etc. BE creative;. ENJOY!
